This vehicle which is running as a tax has been parked outside my house for over a week. I am disabled but not enough to warrant a blue badge but usually park outside my house. The vehicle in question is parked in the road causing narrowing of the road for cars coming out of and turning into Hobart Road. There are continuing near miss incidents.
