Vehicle unattended in this spot 9 weeks.Paking is oversubscribed in Whielden Street. this car is parked anti socially with no recognition or thought for the neighbours. Because it might as well be permanently dumped as it deprives of flexilibity and displacement causing irritation to our neighbours. MOT expired.
