At the rear of properties 49 & 47 along public footpath leaning next to fence

Reported via mobile in the Cleaning/Sweeping category anonymously at 14:21, Sat 22 July 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 4 days, 18 hours, 33 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 4814545.

Good afternoon, Just over a year ago I raised concerns (parish council) regarding an overgrown tree right next to mine and my neighbours fence at the bottom of our gardens, but had no reply. It has grown so big, the roots had started pushing up my patio, and destroying my garden. (It’s not far off the height of my 3 bedroom house.) in which I have had to have my patio completely replaced as it became a danger to myself (being 68yrs old) and the children I have in my care as I am a childminder and work from home. This tree also provides some kind of red berry which I have no idea to whether they are poisonous or not so have spent many hours trying to remove them all for the safety of the children I care for. This tree needs to be completely removed as it’s becoming a danger, the roots have already destroyed my garden and I do not want it to compromise my foundations. Not to mention the size and fact it blocks out light/sun. Please can you arrange with me a time to come assess and plan when this tree can be removed. My contact details are marion.axtell@btinternet.com My number is 07547628176 Address 49 Westfield hp219jf
