Hedge abutting wycombe Road between Lodge Lane and Church Path

Reported via desktop in the Hedge problem category anonymously at 16:11, Thu 20 July 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4808715.

The pavement is virtually impossible in places as the hedge has grown out and accumulated debris underneath is halfway across the pavement. I reported that about two years ago and was told that it is the responsibility of the landowner. Councillor Heather Wallace has been involved with this and I think knows who the owner is. It is impossible for more than one person to walk along this path and certainly not possible with a pushchair and/or child on bike or scooter. Two adults cannot hold a conversation walking tandem. I consider this path is VERY DANGEROUS as traffic comes along at speed and if someone slipped into the road, it could be nasty. I realise that the council cannot cut hedges during the bird nesting season but this is dangerous and should be cleared as soon as possible.
