Not parked in a proper parking space

The white car is not parked in a designated parking space which makes it very difficult to take our car out, it would be almost impossible to act in an emergency situation if this white car remains parked here.

The location is 7-9 Bonham close, Aylesbury, hp21 8pt.

I believe this car has always parked here however this is not a marked or designated parking space.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
