Every day that the college is open, students park on the entrance to Mitchell close, using the pavement. There is never any enforcement despite the single yellow line and signage indicating no stopping between 8am and 6pm.

  • This has been passed to the Parking Services Team.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
