Tree located close to the entrance gates on grass verge north of the ditch

This tree has been dead for many years & regularly drops branches in windy conditions. The base of the tree is showing signs of advanced rot which may be weakening its stability. Currently works are taking place to replace the gas main which has required the digging of a deep hole a few feet away from the tree disturbing roots. Again this could affect the tree's stability.

    We have completed our inspection of the issue and have made arrangements for it to be resolved within 6-8 weeks.
