Holly hedge encroaching on path blocking view

The Holly hedging has over grown the path and has pieces hanging just at eye level. If you weren’t paying attention you could get a nasty scratch to the eye. Also all the leaf litter has been building up on the pavement making it muddy and not safe on the pedestrian side, as the cycle path is in frequent use due to the close proximity to the school.
