Parked in a public car park

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4778809.

NK09JSK white MBW parked near the wall in the car park. It looks like it has been towed and then left there. The vehicle is SORN and the MOT is due at the end of the month. There are some local garages that are suspected of abandoning vehicles on our estate
