Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4778791.

The vehicle is parked in a public car park and has basically been moved from one space to a different space. It has been SORN but has no MOT and hasn't since 2021. The vehicle is basically being moved around the estate
