A VW GOLF car, REG RJ57 BVW , IS PERMENANTLY PARKED CAUSING OBSTRUCTION. YOU KNOW ABOUT IT. IT IS OWNED BY A MAN OPPOSITE WHO LIVES IN THE HIGH STREET. IT IS INSURED. NOW, THIS PERTURBS ME AS MY FATHER AND OTHER ELDERLY PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT TOO WELL, LIVE THERE. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR EMERGENCY VEHICLES OR DUSTBIN LORRIES TO GET INTO THORNHILL CLOSE. I WANT TO ASK IF IT IS INFACT COUNCIL OWNED / MAINTAINED OR PRIVATE? IF IT IS PRIVATE LAND AND THE COUNCIL WILL NOT ENFORCE A RESTRICTION THEN I AM HAPPY TO GET THE CAR REMOVED. WE NEED CLOSURE.
