Non visitor consantly using the space

This person is parking his work van here every day. It’s a visitor space for Ludlow Mews visitors but the person is driving his personal car here every morning, taking the van out and parking personal car in space of a van then driving off to work. Then on afternoon he is coming back with a van and swapping it for his personal vehicle and driving off leaving the van here overnight. It is not a resident of Ludlow Mews and he’s basically taking up the space 24/7…

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
