Non-resident car parking vehicles on footpath

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4711125.

Non- resident vehicles are parking their cars, leaving them for many hours, blocking/obstructing the footpath. They are also ignoring the DO NOT PARK signs as seen in the photos.

Please let us know why the council are unable to deal with this and I can get back to the property management firm to start issuing penalties.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
