These 2 “taxis” are constantly parking inconsideratly to the home owners, they clearly do not get used as taxis but everyday cars. They park over peoples drives, partially blocking driveways or access. This is not the first time I’ve had to report this

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
