Street Lights Not Working - KIngsmead Road

Previous FixMyStreet ref: 4492735 FixMyStreet ref ;4592057 Since Friday 21-04-2023 unplanned Electric breakdown, street lights are not working from 97 Kingsmead Road till 131 Kingsmead Road. The street light number that are not working are LC016, LC017, LC018, LC019, LC20, LC021, LC022, LC023 Its a shame that since last one month the problem happened no one has bothered to look in to the matter and resolve it
Please can someone check on whats is going on with the complaints, It is approximately two months since the complain was lodged.
Its so dangerous at night as its complete dark and one cant see anything on the road

The Street Lighting Team will carry out an inspection and order a repair if required, this can take up to 20 working days; however, due to the exceptionally high volume of reports currently being received, it may at present take longer than usual to complete this initial assessment.
Once the issue has been investigated, the team will order any necessary repair.
