Missing manhole cover
A manhole cover is missing which has cause the customer to hit it and damage his car. He is on the side of the road awaiting recovery. This happened along Blind Lane as you come down the hill, just before turning from Flackwell Heath to Bourne End

    The Emergency Team will carry out an assessment and arrange to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Initially the repair may be a temporary one, a permanent repair will be made as soon as possible
