Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4692208.

Abandoned car, according to the DVLA website this vehicle is marked as SORN and had had no MOT since 2016, but it's still parked on the street. The exhaust is hanging off and car is just a mess.
