ISLAND outside Gibbs House Kingsmead Road

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4686169.

Meant to report this manhole before I went away in MAY. However, the constant noise from every vehicle passing over it (BOTHWAYS) as it is by road narrowing island outside GIBBS HOUSE. UNABLE to enter on FIXny street. as it does not let you complete after identifying the exact area. ALSO When is the completion of pothole repairs likely? Only one side of the Kingsmead Road narrowing scheme was completed and not the Rugby Club side.
