Dicken way on to the Bicester road

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4678971.

I think but not totally sure if the left turn light from Dickens Way on to the Bicester road has failed the main light seems ok but the filter light does not work.
