Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4677353.

The tree o/s no 26 Walton Drive is so overgrown the branches are completely covering the satellite and causing many problems. This was reported last year under FMS ref 46079985, but nothing was done. I was contacted via phone call, and then never heard anything back from the tree officer/ technician again. I have now logged a complaint as it has been such a long time, please can this be put forward as priority.

  • Unfortunately, we do not prune or fell any tree to remove or reduce interference with telecommunication or electrical wires. Should you be experiencing issues with your telecommunication service you must bring this matter to the attention of the service provider, as soon as possible, who would have the power to prune or cut branches that may be attributing to an established telecommunications fault (It maybe that your service provider may be able to suggest an alternative solution to the problem)
