Hedges and conifers overgrown and obstructing footpath. Primarily house numbers 47, 53, 57 The Crescent. Footpath is narrowed at these points causing pedestrians to walk into the road to pass each other. On bin collection days, the problem is made worse by bins further obstructing the pavements
