Temp traffic lights in operation - next to bus stops/ near roundabout - no road works taking place on road- all work is on the pavement-no personnel at location- cones moved poss by locals- these lights are not required whist work doesnt take place- causing unnecessary delays to traffic - causing problems for local bus services- please investigate-asap before an accident happens-
