Vehicle Registration: BK22 NEO

Again, non-residents (and non-guests of residents) are parking and leaving there vehicle, in this case it has been for more than 1 week, in a parking space for residents only in the Kingswood Park HP13 Development.

Residents are fed up with this and would like this sorted.
