Dangerous parking right on junction

This truck has been parked here for days completing obstructing the junction to turn right (it’s a blind turn now due to this parking). Partially obstructing pedestrians too.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
