A van belonging to someone on Bedgrove parks up near the junction on a regular basis for up to 3/4 weeks at a time. During these times the van does not move and makes it difficult for buses and cars to enter Welbeck Avenue without having to move onto the other side of the road. This is a dangerous situation made even worse at the moment by 3 way traffic lights at the junction causing further obstruction to traffic.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
