This vehicle is blocking my gate. I am disabled using 2 crutches to walk and have a medical condition that may require ambulance attendance. There is also a baby living in the property and cannot get out the gate when in a pram. Have tried talking with owner without any luck. This has been happening since the owner moved into their property
