Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4616837.

Red car parking on gras verges right next to the byelaw sign that states no parking on the verges. this car is there all the time, at various times of the day. I walk my dog past this at different times of the day and its always on the grass outside i believe 13/14 turnfurlong also covering an emergency water access hatch. on going issue for 2 years.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
