Broken wheelie bin damaged by council mower

I represent North Marston Sportsfield committee. I put our green bin out for emptying on Tuesday as usual, the same day your contractors came through the village to mow the verges. One of them has clearly damaged our bin, one of the wheels was broken off as you can see from the picture and has been chewed by a mower - the wheel parts I found in the ditch but the bin was upright with one whel missing. Please can you replace the bin and remove the damaged one
