I live on a new road (Clayfield Road), and the street is very narrow and needs yellow lines to avoid parking adjacent to our houses

Reported via mobile in the Blocking a private drive category anonymously at 16:01, Sunday 28 May 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4605039.

The new street we live on has been built extremely narrow. The problem this causes is that cars park adjacent to houses on the other side of the road. Even though a car might not be directly across from your drive, you can’t actually get out the drive when cars are parking adjacent to the house. I think it’s just been missed that yellow lines are needed to ensure people don’t park there. Cala homes have built visitor parking bays, and have advised I contact you to resolve this issue immediately as it’s very urgent.

A response and someone to come and look at the issue would be greatly appreciated.
