Over grown hedge breaking our fence

The park that our house is next to has very overgrown weeds and hedges. They hardly ever get cut back, it has now broken our fence, as you can see in the photos the weeds and over grown hedges have now pushed our fence forward and it's broken the support posts due to the weight.
