Grass cuttings be taken please?

Hi, Not a complaint but I was wondering if when Dunsham park grass was cut in the future can the grass clippings could be taken? Only occasionally are they actually taken when the grass is cut and when they are not it makes the space unusable really. The kids can’t run or play in it because their feet are covered. Also the dead grass clippings lay on top and kill the grass underneath which is making it patchy. I do not know the policies/procedures of course but the fact the clippings are sometimes taken indicates that it can happen. Thanks so much for reading.
