Kerbs fitted in middle of road with no signage, appears to be a newly installed pinch point without any signage. about 100m from the new cemetry roundabout.

New just installed yesterday by the look of it, signage on the second island closer to town. Reported to the police under CDS-81570 23 43000-000. Highways web site claims it does not come under them.
