Tree outside 80 Maxwell Road

We have a very large tree opposite our house on a small verge between our house and the main part of Maxwell Road (please see Front Garden 1).
Unfortunately, , although it does provide a nice level of privacy from the road, this tree is now causing some issues and needs trimming:
It is now large enough to cause a significant reduction in the light that enters our front living room, which is making the room particularly dark It is now large enough to, on occasion, impact our TV satellite signal It has now started to come over the small access road to our house (& our neighbours) and will only get worse if not cut back (please see Front Garden 2) Now that the tree is coming over the access road, debris is now completely blocking the drain on the access road. The road is prone to flash flooding which, although has never impacted any of our neighbours, would benefit from a drain in full working order to ensure this does not become an issue The access road has seen significant warping and degradation, which I would expect are due to root damage underneath the road (please see Front Garden 3)

This has been passed to our maintenance team who will carry out an assessment of the tree and provide an update within 28 days.

We have now made an inspection of the report, the issue reported has been added to a package of works for this location and will be addressed when we are next in the area.
There is no immediate action that is required at this stage.
