Residents are putting bins on public footpath which restricts parking.

A lot of people are putting bins on public footpath and not in their gardens which restricts parking on the road. Can a letter be issued to residents on Milton Road informing people not to put bins on public footpath and that they should be in their own private gardens. This will stop parking issues on the road.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
