Street name blocking the driveway

Hello, don't know who to call anymore. Please help! There is a street sign blocking part of my driveway, I would like that sign to ve moved from that place on the wall. The distance between the distance to the wall is 2ft at the most. Most of my driveway entrance is blocked by that hedge and by the street sign. I reported the hedge as well, but nothing has been done yet. Would be a lot easier to fit 2 cars on the driveway with the street sign moved on the brick wall.
