No grass verges have been cut this year outside bungalows in Byways this is been seen as a dustbin by casual passers by dumping coffee cartons and dog poo not picked up. Just watched a bucks county vehicle drop 2 cartons empty amongst the tall grass. The only thing your greener policy no mow may has is dandelion invest the verges to blow onto my garden as weeds for me to dig up from lawn.

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4594317.

Private houses in street have mowed theirs but not council property so we look awful not what the design architects intended. I am 84 and can’t manage my grass verge thank you.

Rural grass started w/c 17 April and will end w/c 5 June

Please note, planned dates may be delayed due to weather conditions.

Second cut of 2023: To be advised, we will update the Buckinghamshire Council webpage with the date as soon as possible.

In addition, we will continue to monitor all issues on the public highway as part of our Highways Safety Inspection Policy and take appropriate action when required.
