Pavement heaved - debris in road

The pavement outside 38 is still everywhere - it has been reported 3 times now and still not repaired. There are big chunks of the pavement in the road and you now have to walk in the road to get past otherwise likely to trip. It's was reported in November and was advised it would be fixed but still nothing done.
