Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4591426.

A very new vehicle has been left abandoned and parked in communal parking space/turning area of Pond Close, Winchmore Hill.

The Vehicle was left since early/mid February and hasn’t moved or been visited since as far as any neighbours are aware. We have asked local neighbours if they know who owns it but no one knows.

This is a high value modern electric vehicle it being left abandoned and not owned by immmediae locals must surely raise questions and concern for owner wellbeing.

I’ve offered to report this on behalf of people in neighbourhood as it is increasingly of concern. I am told it now seems to be occasionally and intermittently making alarm noises. I suspect this maybe a fault or due to low battery (note it hasn’t moved for over 3 months).
