Continuously Blocked Junction

The crossroad is serviced by traffic lights however when cars go past the lights in a traffic queue, they are not aware that the light has gone red and have gone past the stop point of the traffic light, meaning they block entrance/exits from Marsh Lane and Station Road leading into/from Bath Road. Emergency vehicles are dispatched from Police station on Station Road so they need instant access to roadways. A yellow box or a fresh Keep clear sign on both sides of the road are needed in the junction to deter cars from blocking. The existing Keep Clear road sign has been worn away and can no longer be seen and it is unclear to drivers where to stop at the junction especially when congested. This has been happening over 2 years and especially when congested due to Car Boot sale every Sunday in Summer
