Car was dumped in the middle of the day, all the paperwork pertaining to the car is inside. The sale invoice from 2020 and MOT certificate. It’s poorly maintained and the 2 males have been caught on camera dumping the car and leaving in another vehicle. The car is parked in a privately owned parking space. There is a lack of safe parking as it is, if these things continue to be allowed there will be a serious safety risk for cars and pedestrians, and there will be access/egress issues as a result of unsafe parking due to the properly designated spaces being used to dump cars.
