A loud mouth tattooed man throwing his drug paraphernalia over the Fence on the grass verge himself hanging around over there with his hands down his pants groping himself in public, vulgar behaviour to witness this on numerous occasions when walking down the road.
This is all to do with that Well known Self Obsessed Troublemaker Angry Female over there on the ground floor block of Flats with the ( Black door 51 ) with her Persistent drug use & abuse going on.
