* URGENT AND DANGEROUS * Photo taken 23/05/23 This drain cover has been reported broken since 3rd March - I have reported it on FMS 40222169 and 4360487. It was broken since the drain clearance machine cleared the drains at the end of February. There is a cone on it but cones keep being moved and this is extremely dangerous. On 19th April I received a response saying Action Scheduled but nothing has happened. This is a very HIGH RISK issue - please can you replace the cover ASAP
