Vehicles like this one, Blue Ford (PE52EZX), regularly obstruct the footpath. The vehicle's linked to an antisocial Paradigm Housing Group tenant called Natalie Ellis, who's also a convicted Informant for Thames Valley Police and MI5. Natalie Ellis has tried setting up the neighbour she's bullying as a paedophile.
