My house runs along the side of this road and today the house over the road was doing the balloons as I left for work at 3 in the car with those bottles and then I came back home and was at the window as the vehicle in question pulled up still doing balloons a blue one and threw all the big blue bottles out at the side of my house on the verge and this is the second time since the weekend they done that and ever since they moved in across the road litter is everywhere they just empty their vehicles right on that verge and I always pick it up but not this time! It’s illegal substances
