This pile of rubbish as seen today 22/5/ 23 seems to be getting bigger by the day , Its spilling out onto the footpath .and the bin bags have been ripped open my the local vermin , must be a rat infection heaven? not to mention a heath hazard , been like this for weeks surely this should be a priority to get cleaned up , or are we third world now? wheres the standards gone?
