Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4582429.

Manhole cover is missing and has been for about a week. This has been attended previously and a sign was put out and some white padding around the manhole, but t a lot of the padding has now gone missing and children are urinating into the manhole.
