Dangerous parking

Parking in restricted area alongside a school which is proving to be incredibly dangerous not only for pedestrians but especially schools children who are forced to walk in the road. There have been many bear misses in the last 6 months - it’s not acceptable that the council, despite it being reported over 12 months ago, have done nothing to improve the situation. Visibility is very restricted and access to drives is being blocked. It’s unacceptable. The road is very narrow, too narrow for two vehicles to pass and this makes it impossible and dangerous. These cars are from the bowls club and the school. There needs to be no parking signs and double yellow lines before a child is seriously injured or worse. I would urge you to act swiftly here please.
