The screen on the Parking Metre always says NO ENTRY meaning that it is difficult to pay for parking if you can at all. Sometimes I have paid twice for parking due to this message.

This has been passed to the Parking Services Team, an officer will carry out an inspection and arrange to have the issue resolved as soon as possible.
