Parking Metre Out of Order

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4573683.

The screen on the Parking Metre always says NO ENTRY meaning that it is difficult to pay for parking if you can at all. Sometimes I have paid twice for parking due to this message.
