Car is parked on pavement, has no tax or MOT according to UK.Gov website. It is parked in a residents parking permit area and opposite an entrance to a residential area making turning in and out difficult. Looks abandoned but was moved from further down the road after a 7 day notice was issued at the beginning of March although it was still there 12 days after the notice was issued. This vehicle has a flat rear tyre and is a hazard on the road/pavement.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
