Taxi owner/company from Southfield Rd constantly parking taxis (up to 7) in Malvern Close in spaces designed for residents. Leaving cars for 24hrs a day, swapping from car to taxi or taxi to taxi. These business owners should park outside thier own property.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
